• 29.5.2026 Night driving ban (00-05) for all 17-year-olds
  • The consequence of driving can lead to a fine and a driving ban
  • The person who surrenders the vehicle may also be fined

• Starting from 29.5.2026, the conditions for the age exception permit will be tightened

• 1.10.2026 Risk identification training (RTK) will be expanded to 12 hours (7 theory + 5 driving)
  • Simulator driving for a maximum 2.5 hours
  • Starting from 1.10.2026, all those taking the driving test are required to have completed the RTK according to the new law, i.e. 7 theory hours and 5 driving hours, a total of 12 hours
  Important!
  • If you have taken the RTK training according to the old law (4+4 hours), you must supplement your education to comply with the new law, with at least one (1) driving lesson and three (3) theory lessons. 
  • This also applies to those who are taking the re-test 1.10.2026 or after.
  • The price of your course package will then increase by 117€-165€, depending on how many simulator lessons you have completed based on previous RTK lessons.
  • We can begin providing training in accordance with the new law on October 1, 2026, when the regulation enters into force.
  • Teaching under the old law is allowed until September 30, 2026.
